May 4, 2013. 3-6 pm. “Must Love Shoes Gets SMOOCHED!” Music, drinks & appetizers, network & mingle with some fun, fabulous ladies while playing with make-up at Smooch Studios in Frederick, MD. $12 to attend. Attendees pay for make-up purchases. See April 5th blog post for details.
August 2, 2013. Third annual “Soles of Love in the Garden” garden party and charity event. Bring a pair (or several) of children’s shoes to donate to children in need, locally and internationally. October 4,5,6, 2013. First annual “Sunshine, Soles, and the Sea” women’s boutique-style retreat. Need to put some spring in your shoes? Enjoy a weekend at Bethany Beach, DE in an intimate setting with fascinating women. Our focus will be on body-mind-spirit as we learn from some the area’s leading experts including Rick Davis of Achieve Fitness. Cooking demonstration and dinner will be provided by one of Bethany’s leading chef/restaurateurs. MLS, in conjunction with Vicarious Travel will be sponsoring a women’s retreat to the Tuscany region of one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
